Port Pools By Design is a family-owned fibreglass pool builder based at Unit 14, Bellbowrie Business Park Centre, 10 Bellbowrie Street, Port Macquarie NSW 2444. This page explains how we collect, use and store personal information from our website, quotes and consultations.

What we collect

When you send our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number, property address, suburb, pool size, timeframe, whether you want a site visit, and any comments you include. We also receive the IP address and basic browser details that come with a web request.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to quotes, schedule site visits and keep records of work we have quoted or completed. We do not sell personal information and we do not pass it to unrelated marketing lists.

Security check and hosting

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam. Cloudflare may process a limited amount of technical data to complete that check. The website is hosted in Australia. Form emails go to our business inbox at info@portpoolsbydesign.com.au.

Cookies

This website uses only cookies WordPress needs to run, such as remembering a logged-in administrator. We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on public pages.
